General 'no frills' rates are:

$40 per 30 minutes
$50 per 45 minutes
$60 per 60 minutes
PERSONAL TRAINING 2:1
$25 each per 30 minutes
$30 each per 45 minutes
$50 each per 60 minutes
GROUP TRAINING 3:1
$20 per person for 30 minutes
$25 per person for 45 minutes
$30 per person for 60 minutes
GROUP TRAINING 4 or more
$15 per person for 30 minutes
$20 per person for 45 minutes
$30 per person for 60 minutes
These prices are CASH ONLY. Eftpos is available if required; but a $2 surcharge applies.

The first Body Balance class I ever attended was led by Cassie. Even though I had practiced yoga before, I had never done Tai Chi or Pilates and was nervous that I wouldn't be able to do the moves or that I would be 'left behind' the rest of the class. But Cassie made me feel very comfortable and explained everything extremely clearly and I easily managed to follow along with the entire class and never got lost.
