The Warrior Women Exclusive Online Bootcamp is an Online hub for Women on a mission to achieve their health & fitness goals! Be part of an inspiring community of determined women staying accountable to one another and taking positive steps towards their goals. As a member of this community, you will receive:

Daily Workouts

Daily Home-based Bodyweight Workouts - all recorded as private Youtube videos that you will be given exclusive access to do in your own time if you wish. They are generally all between 30-40 minutes and require no equipment; just a mat or towel to lay on. Weekly Schedules of Live Sessions to do if you prefer to attend Live. 

TYPES OF WORKOUTS INCLUDE:

H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training

Bodyweight Strength - slow tempo, strength-based movements

Glutes & Core 

Boxing

Yoga/Pilates

TABATA

Nutrition

You will receive a Meal Plan Guide, personalised Calorie & Macronutrient ratios, instructions on how to track your food daily using MyFitnessPal, plus heaps of nutritious plant-based recipe ideas! 

Training

You have the option to get a personalised Home or Gym-based Workout Program to suit your goals and access to equipment. This will be based on a 4-6 week cycle and will be updated after each cycle with a new program. 

Technique

You will receive instructions on correct weight-training technique and form with various training methods. Regular Q & A's for all your queries as they come up and 24 hr access to your coach & the Community Facebook group anytime you need to ask a question. 

Mindset

Resources to help you create the mindset of a champion! Motivational recommendations for podcasts, apps, youtube videos and other resources that will help you along your journey. 

Community of Likeminded Women

You will become part of an inspiring, motivating community of like-minded Women all on a similar journey to you; working hard to achieve their goals. You will be part of a private Facebook Group; plus there will be opportunities for social events, meet-ups and online Zoom chats where you can meet your new sisters and make new friends along the way who will encourage you along your journey.

Warrior Women's Exclusive Online Bootcamp has 28-Day Challenges throughout the year to start you off strong. You can join during a Challenge Intake, or join as a general member at anytime. All the content is provided in a private Facebook group where you can access Daily Workouts, Recipes, Nutrition Advice, Yoga classes and more.  

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

LEVEL #1

BASIC

Access to all Live & Recorded Bodyweight Workouts, Yoga classes, Recipes & Library of resources

Investment: $10 Per week/$40 per month

 

LEVEL #2 

NUTRITION PLUS:

All the above, plus personalised Calorie/Macronutrient prescription, a Generic Meal Plan & Nutrition coaching.

Investment: $20 per week/$80 per month

 

LEVEL #3 

NUTRITION & TRAINING 

All the above, plus a personalised Home or Gym Training program tailored to your goals and access to equipment. This will be a 4-6 week Program, once you have completed the 4-6 week block (depending on your progress with completing the workouts) you will receive an updated program.  

Investment: $50 per week/$200 per month
