Offering one on one personal training sessions, individual fitness plans and coaching on daily routines to integrate into your lifestyle. Combined with a specialised nutrition program to create incredible and sustainable health changes for a lifestyle that you love.
MASSAGE
Sri Lankan style ancient Ayurvedic relaxing oil massage using native ayurvedic herbal oils from Sri Lanka to soothe your aching muscles and bring relief and rejuvenation into your body. One hour massage incorporating pressure points and a focus on specific areas as needed.

Iluka Fitness is owned & run by Cassie, a personal trainer from South Gippsland who has successfully competed as an ICN Fitness Model, loves lifting heavy weights, practising yoga; and loves the outdoors and a holistic lifestyle in general. She loves helping people to form healthy habits and get into a routine to create their optimal lifestyle and become the best version of themselves, physically, emotionally & mentally.
